GetInData Becomes Xebia: A New Chapter Begins

We’re excited to share an important milestone in our journey - starting July 1, 2025, GetInData will officially operate under the name Xebia Poland. 

This change reflects our natural evolution after joining the Xebia Group in 2022. While our name is changing, our people, mission, and engineering-first mindset remain stronger than ever - now backed by the global scale and capabilities of Xebia.

Why the Change?

In recent years, GetInData has grown from a passionate team of data engineers into a recognized leader in Data, AI/ML, and analytics solutions. With roots in Poland and partnerships with brands like Spotify, ING, and Allegro, we’ve delivered impactful solutions at scale. 

Over the years, we received many offers to join bigger companies, but none of them felt aligned with our values—until we connected with Xebia in the Netherlands. In 2022, we began our journey with the Xebia Group. This partnership gave us the opportunity to: 

• Collaborate across global teams 
• Work on even more ambitious, international projects 
• Combine our data expertise with world-class capabilities in cloud, software engineering, and digital transformation 

Today, as we move forward, unifying under the Xebia brand brings even more consistency to how we present ourselves to clients and partners. 

Who We Are - Now as Xebia Poland 

Xebia is a global tech company with deep expertise in software, cloud, data, AI, security, and digital strategy. In Poland, this brand now stands on the shoulders of two former leaders in their fields: 

• PGS Software, experts in cloud-native software development 
• GetInData, pioneers of data & AI engineering 

Together, we form a team of over 1,000 experts in Poland and 6,000+ worldwide, driving innovation with a human touch. 

Our name is changing, but our DNA remains the same: it's our people and a unique engineering culture, driven by a passion for sharing knowledge. It's this DNA that allows us to effectively pursue our mission – to help clients implement advanced data and AI solutions that truly transform their business. And while we have operated this way globally for years, now as Xebia Poland, we have the strength to do it on an unprecedented scale, while also accelerating our growth here in Poland. This is a new, exciting chapter for all of us.
